Nettie Bly (Smith) Allday

Nettie Bly Smith Allday, 87, passed away Sunday, December 9, 2018 at Jackson Nursing Home. Nettie was a very active member of Stave Creek Baptist Church for many years. She loved the Lord and believed in prayer. Nettie loved to fellowship with her family and her church family. She enjoyed traveling and seeing different places. She also was a great cook and liked teaching others how to cook. Nettie was a loving caregiver and a very strong willed woman. She loved her children and her family dearly and was very protective of all of them. Nettie will be missed by many.

Visitation will be Wednesday, December 12, 2018, 2:00 PM ~ 3:00 PM at Stave Creek Baptist Church, Jackson, AL. Funeral Service will follow at 3:00 PM. Bro. Wesley Hicks and Bro. Johnny Kendrick will be officating with St. Stephens Funeral Home directing. Interment will be at Stave Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.
