Patsy (Howard) Parnell

Patsy Howard Parnell, 67, passed away Monday, September 3, 2018. She was a native and resident of Washington County. Patsy was a graduate of WCHS. She loved to read and work on Puzzle Books. Patsy was married to "The love of her life" Mike for 44 years. She was a homebody that loved to take care of Mike before he passed. Patsy was a very quiet and meek person that everyone loved.

Visitation will be Thursday, September 6, 2018, 10:00 AM ~ 11:00 AM, Sunflower United Methodist Church. The Funeral Service will follow at 11:00 AM with Bro. Rusty Parnell officating and St. Stephens Funeral Home directing. Interment will be at Sunflower United Methodist Church.
