Wesley Kane "Possum" Allday, 42, passed away on September 3, 2019, at his residence in Citronelle, AL. He was a member of Wagarville Baptist Church. His father, Alex, taught him to deer hunt and squirrel hunt, which he enjoyed doing VERY much. Wesley also enjoyed fishing. He played football at Leroy High School and also played Little League Baseball. Wesley liked to shoot pool and go bowling. He worked as a CNA at Searcy Hospital for sixteen years until the hospital closed. Later he was employed with Crowne Health Care, Jackson and Crowne Health Care, Citronelle. Wesley's favorite team was the Florida State Seminoles. He had nicknames for his children and grandson; Paige was "Sissy," Nathan was "Hammer," and his grandson, Kolton, was "Root", whom lovingly called Wesley "Poppa." He loved his family very much.
Wesley is survived by the following loved ones.

Grandson ~ Kolton Lee Thomas
Companion ~ Danyell Hart and her children Madalyn and Jacob and one granddaughter, Katie.

Visitation will be Friday, September 6, 2019, 1-2:00 PM, Wagarville Baptist Church with the Funeral Service following at 2:00 PM. Officiating will be Brother Glen Sullivan and Bro. Bill Dortch with St. Stephens Funeral Home directing. Interment will be at Ebenezer Cemetery.
