Poem By: Hannah Smith
MY Poppy
What a precious soul you had Not many men like you
You were the best granddad.
Oh my Poppy, how missed you will be.
You are not long gone, oh no, never forgotten to me.
I hear your calming voice in the swift winds, as tall as crisp green trees,
I see your blue eyes in every morning sky,
although others may... I will never say goodbye.
