Andrea Joette Carney passed away, Wednesday, May14,2025 surrounded by her loving family. Miss Carney was a kind-hearted and delightful individual whose warmth and charisma touched everyone who had the privilege of knowing her. She was adored by all and cherished her close-knit circle of friends, with whom she loved spending time and creating lasting memories.
Andrea had a deep passion for reading, often losing herself in the pages of her favorite books, and she found immense joy in thrift shopping, uncovering treasures that carried stories of their own. Family held a special place in her heart, and she especially treasured the moments she spent with her nephews, who brought her endless happiness.
A proud graduate of Washington County High School, Andrea was also a devoted member of Springhill Baptist Church, where her presence was a source o]of inspiration and love to those around her. She was a beacon of positivity and kindness, leaving a lasting impression on all who met her.
Miss Andrea Joette Carney will be deeply missed, but her memory will live on in the hearts of all who had the honor to know her. Her life was a testament to the beauty of genuine connection, unyielding kindness, and the simple joys that make life meaningful.
Miss Carney is survived by her brothers, George (Becky) Carney, Jr, Steve (Shana) Carney, and sister, Judy Norris.
She is preceded in death by her parents George and Lucile Carney, sister, June Carpenter.
A celebration of life will be hosted by her family at a later date and time.
