Bessie Napper

Bessie Napper, 82, of Bigbee, Al, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, January 7, 2025.

     Ms. Napper was a very kind-hearted, humble soul. She lived life to the fullest and loved spending time with her family. She enjoyed listening to country gospel music, reading a good book, and working puzzles. She loved watching the hummingbirds that visited her property every year. She was never one who had pets, but she enjoyed feeding all the animals from her community.

    Ms. Napper will be dearly missed by her family, friends and all who had the pleasure of knowing her.

Ms. Napper is survived by: her brother, Mack (Jackie) Napper; her sisters: Janice Hill, Margie Everette, and Minnie Pearl Napper.

Ms. Napper is preceded in death by: her parents, Willie Sidny and Mary Marie Napper; brother, James Napper, and her sister, Willie Mae "Susie" Pritchett.

Graveside services will be held on Monday, January 13, 2025, at Wesley Chapel Cemetery in Bigbee, Al, at 2:00 PM, with Bro. Morris officiating, and St. Stephens Funeral Home directing.
