Charlie Frank Tew, passed away at his home in Chatom, AL at the age of 81. He was raised in Mississippi and later moved to Chatom Alabama. Charlie was a member of Dearmon Fork Free Will Baptist Church where he sat on the front pew every time he went to church. He was a carpenter building houses in Gulf Shores Alabama. Charlie loved to play the guitar. Charlie also loved to fish in local lakes, rivers, ponds and anywhere he could drop a hook. He always knew when to go fishing and when not to by a saying " if cows are laying down don't go fishing because they won't bite". Charlie raised his own bait, a worm farm. He raised the worms in a box in his house. Charlie enjoyed sitting by the fire in the Winter. He would always go above and beyond to decorate his house for his favorite month, Christmas. Charlie enjoyed gathering with his church family and friends to eat. He will be dearly missed by all.
