Obituary
Crystal Ann Andrews-Overton, "Little Bit or Chris" as she was called by those who knew and loved her, passed away at her home on August 9, 2023. She was born in Grove Hill, Alabama on September 15, 1963 to her parents Mr. Willie Floyd "Pokey"Andrews and Polly Ann Powell She enjoyed crocheting, making wooden dolls and listening to southern gospel music. She found refuge in sitting on her porch watching the birds, the cardinal being her favorite, and gazing at the beautiful flower beds she had created. Her heart was her grandchildren and she was known to them as Granny. Mrs. Overton and her husband were married on July 9, 1993. They made their home on Asbury road in Grove hill where they raised their children. Although small in stature, she was very feisty, and you didn't mess with her grandchildren. She will be dearly missed by all that knew her.

Sons: William "Bill" (Wendy) Lockart
Christopher (Katelyn) Overton
Nine Grandchildren and Three Great-Grandchildren
Visitation will be held at 10am Friday, August 11, 2023, at Asbury Baptist Church in Grove Hill, Al., with the funeral to follow at 11 am. Interment will be in the Asbury Baptist Cemetery after the funeral. Dr Leon Parnell Officiating.
