David Mark Lankford

On Wednesday, July 10, 2024, David Mark Lankford, passed away at the age of sixty.

     Mr. Lankford was born to his parents, Raymond and Gladys Lankford, and he was number thirteen of seventeen siblings. 

   Mr. Lankford was a true outdoorsman. He enjoyed fishing in the summer and hunting in the winter. He also loved to work in his shop, whether it be wood working or doing mechanic jobs on his car. He was an Auburn fan and an avid YouTube watcher. He was a reserved man that enjoyed the company of his family, and his best buddy, Nubby, his dog.

   Mr. Lankford gave his heart and soul to our Lord and Savior weeks before his passing. He will be sadly missed by all, yet forgotten by none and his memory will live on in the hearts of his family and friends.

Mr. Lankford is survived by: Fiance`; Debra Coker; Brothers, Perry (Trish) Lankford, Phil (Debbie) Lankford, Dereck (Deanna) Lankford and Chris Lankford; Sisters, Helen Tarver, Vicky (Tony) Cooper, Katie Pledger, Cathy (Randy) Harrel and Polly (Timmy) Bozeman.

Mr. Lankford is preceded in death by: Parents, Raymond and Gladys Lankford; Wife, Pam Lankford; Brothers, Raymond Lankford Jr, Jerry E. Lankford, George Micky Lankford and Randy Lankford;  Infant Son, David Lankford.

A Graveside Service will be held on Saturday, July 13, 2024 at Ebenezer Cemetery in Wagarville, Al at 10:00 AM with Bro. Tim Sullivan, Bro. Glenn Sullivan and Bro. Josh Either officiating.
