Elbert William Rodgers Jr.

Mr. Rodgers went home to be with the Lord surrounded by his loving family on Saturday, January 18, 2025, He was a loving father, Pawpaw and friend. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and golfing. Not only does he leave behind his family and friends, but also his sweet fur baby, Lola, who he absolutely adored. Mr. Elbert was quite the character; he enjoyed stirring things up a bit.... Among hunting, fishing and golfing, he also enjoyed cook outs and bon fires. A celebration of life will be held Sunday, January 26, 2025, at Sunflower Independent Church in Sunflower, Alabama with Bro. Younge officiating. Services will be held at 2: 00p.m 

Mr. Rodgers is survived by son: William Brandon (Jessica) Rodgers. daughters: Shae (Brad) Tuttle and Freda (Jacob) Thompson. grandchildren: Hunter (Kailyn) Rodgers,

Kaleb Bailey, Collin, Carsyn and Charlie Tuttle. Atticus and Adalynn Thompson.

He is preceded in death by his parents: Elbert William Rodgers Sr. and Nancy Patterson Rodgers.
