Born January 5, 1928 died April 28, 2022. She was a native of Washington County, Alabama and a resident of Spanish Fort, Alabama since 1964. Ella retired from AT&T as a floor supervisior. She was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years Joe M. Powell, Parents, Samuel J. and Lucy Loper Reynolds, Brothers, George Willis, Milton S. (Mack), John P. (J.P) Reynolds, Sister, Annie V. Reynolds. Survived by Daughters, Shirley (Preston Arnold) McDonald of Hixson, TN & Belinda (Celia) Powell of Saraland, AL.  Two Grandchildren, Angela McDonald (Kenneth) Larrimore & Michael (Cindy) McDonald. Three Great Grandchildren, Whitney Larrimore (Kyle) Reeves, Trey Larrimore & Alex McDonald. Two Great Great Grandchildren, Madison & Hadley Reeves. Numerous Nieces, Nephews and Friends.

She was a member of Three Forks Baptist Church, Bigbee, Alabama. Visitation will be held Saturday, April 30, 2022 10:30 AM - 11:00 AM, at Three Forks Baptist Church. Funeral Service will be at 11:00 AM with Bro. Bob Dean officiating and St. Stephens Funeral Home directing. Interment will follow at Three Forks Baptist Church Cemetery.
