Epsie Geneva (Jordan) Long

Epsie Geneva Jordan Long, 92, passed away Friday, July 9, 2021. She was a native of Alabama and a resident of Clarke County, AL. Epsie was a 1947 graduate of Millry High School. She was married to her husband James Robert Long for almost 40 years. Epsie was a member of Grove Hill Baptist Church. At one time she was a tour guide for The Clarke County Museum & she worked in a gift shop in Grove Hill. Epsie was later a homemaker that loved to watch golf, liked working in her flower gardens & loved quilting. She also liked to go to yard sales. Epsie's favorite color was peach and her favorite season was fall. She would always have oatmeal cookies ready for when her grands came to visit. Epsie & her husband Robert were avid sports fans, they attended most of their boys sports games. She loved her family and friends the most and will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Graveside Service will be Monday, July 12, 2021, 11:00 AM at Jones Hill Cemetery in Copeland, Alabama. Rev. Marcus Long will be officiating with St. Stephens Funeral Home directing.
