Glinnie Marie (Barlow) Johnson

Mrs. Glinnie Johnson, 67, passed away at her  home Thursday, December 1, 2022.  She was a born in Waynesboro, Mississippi, and was a resident of Millry, Alabama. On January 26, 1973, she married Gary J. Johnson, Sr., and they were married for 49 years. In fact, next month, January, would have marked their 50th year as a couple.

She is survived by the following:

Annette (Terry) Williams - Millry, Alabama.

Grandchildren:

Dakota Williams - Hattiesburg, Mississippi.

Tara (Garrett) McIlwain - Millry, Alabama

Kristin (Christian) Taylor - Waynesboro, Mississippi.

Brittany (Curtis) Bowman - Sulligent, Alabama.

Great grandchildren:

Kolby Williams, Haven McIlwain, Lena McIlwain, Caleb Taylor, 

CJ Bowman, Kadence Bowman.

Sister:

Ruby Rudd - Fruitdale, Alabama.

Sister-in-law:

Claudia Lowry (Raymond Plaster) - O'Fallon, Illinois.

Stepdad:

Bill Dearmon - Millry, Alabama

Claudia Dearmon - Millry, Alabama.

Daniel Barlow -  Jay, Florida

Mrs. Johnson will be interred at the Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery in St. Louis, Missouri.

A celebration of life will be set for a later date.
