Gloria Loper Obituary

Gloria Faye Loper, passed away at the age of 63 on Wednesday March 16, 2022.  She grew up in Choctaw County and attended Choctaw County High School.  During her childhood years she attended Lusk Baptist Church.  Gloria met the love of her life, Travis, at "The Pier" in Choctaw County.  They were married shortly after.  Gloria and Travis have been married for 28 years.  Gloria worked in the Medical Field as a CNA at Washington County Hospital and Nursing Home for many years.  She loved the outdoors so much that she fished on the Tombigbee River, Lake Washington in MS or anywhere she could throw a hook, hunted deer, grew a vegetable garden and raised a farm that consisted of two donkeys and cows.  Gloria and her husband loved to travel.  They traveled to thirty plus states, some included South Dakota, Las Vegas Nevada and Oregon where they would stay in cabins.  Gloria loved attending Rodeo's, watching Mud Bog racing and going to Hank William Jr. Concerts.  She loved her "Fur Babies" Dixie, Brandi, Bama and Delta.  When Gloria wasn't outside she could be found watching Mystery, Sci Fi and Western movies.  Gloria " The Total Woman"  will be greatly missed by her husband, family, and friends.
