Hilton Claude Robbins, passed away at his home in Deer Park, Al on Wednesday, May 29, 2024.
Mr. Hilton was married to Grace Geraldine Davidson on May 23, 1957 and on May 23, 2024, celebrated 67 years of marriage.
Mr. Robbins retired from Ciba Geigy and then went on to be County District 4 Commissioner for sixteen years.
Mr. Hilton was an avid farmer, cattleman, hunter and fisherman. He was also a devoted husband, father, Gran and friend. He doted over his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Not only will he be missed by his family but also his friends.
Mr. Hilton is survived by: his wife, Grace Geraldine Robbins; son, Terry ( Jeannie) Robbins; daughter, Catrina (Keith) Brannan; grandchildren, Tiffany (Grant) Coaker, Charles (Marolyn) Robbins, Sarah (Ryan) Casey, Damon Robbins, David (Krystal) Singleton, Stephanie (Jeremy) Hathcock, Crystal Carpenter; and Candace (Andrew) Miller and Thirteen great-grandchildren; sisters, Katie Jewel Prine and Annie Laura Hancock; brother, Harvard Robbins.
Mr. Hilton is preceded in death by: parents, Claude and Katie Robbins
A wake will be held on Thursday, May 30, 2024 at Four Points Baptist Church in Four Points, Al, at 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A visitation will be held on Friday, May 31, 2024 at Four Points Baptist Church at 10:00 AM, funeral at 11:00 PM, with Bro. Jack Smith and Doug Price officiating, and interment to follow at Four Points Cemetery.
