James Warren Hudson, 78, passed away Tuesday, May 18, 2021. He was a native of Clarke County, Alabama and a resident of Dickinson, Alabama. James retired from the military after 20 years of service. He also learned air conditioning trade from Hobson State Community College. James retired from Boise after 20 years. He was a member of Amity Baptist Church. James was married to the love of his life Kathy for 35 years, they were homebodies that liked to spend time together. He had a passion for the river, he loved fishing, Alabama Football, golf, watching the sports channel and Thanksgiving. He also had a dog named Bama that he loved. James earned a National Recruiter Award ring & there has only been five of those given out in the US. He was a family man that loved his wife, children and grandchildren. James will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Visitation will be Friday, May 21, 2021 10:00 AM ~ 11:00 AM at Amity Baptist Church in Whatley, AL. Funeral Service will follow at 11:00 AM with Bro. Craig Weaver officiating and St. Stephens Funeral Home directing. Interment will be at Amity Baptist Church Cemetery.
