Lois Andrews Obituary

With profound sadness, we share the passing of Mrs. Lois Andrews on Friday, May 15, 2026, enveloped by the love and presence of her devoted family. Mrs. Lois was a gentle and beloved soul whose unwavering affection for her family was the cornerstone of her life. She treasured every moment spent with her loved ones and built a legacy of warmth and kindness. Her thirty-seven-year marriage to the love of her life, Mr. Willie Andrews, was a testament to enduring devotion. This Past Sunday, May 17, 2026, would have marked another cherished anniversary for them.

Mrs. Lois found joy in the little things, from cheering for Alabama football, especially admiring Nick Saban and his coaching talents—to playing pitcher on her softball team in her youth. She delighted in nurturing her garden, canning the fruits of her labor, and finding peace in the beauty of blooming flowers and the gentle flight of hummingbirds. The serenity she felt outdoors was a true reflection of her spirit.

“Grandy,” as her grandchildren affectionately called her, was a pillar of love and encouragement in their lives. Her boundless care, from tending plants to preparing delicious meals, filled her home with warmth and laughter. Those privileged to know her will carry memories of her compassion, gentle humor, and unwavering love. Mrs. Lois will forever remain in the hearts of all whose lives she touched, her legacy living on through the kindness she so freely gave.
