Loud Thornton, 65, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, February 2, 2025.
Mr. Thornton loved his family and friends. The people closest to him would say that he was just like his name, loud, and that you could hear him talking from a country mile away. He enjoyed talking with his family and friends and getting the local gossip. He also enjoyed going to watch the local high school football games. His true passion in life was being able to travel the roads driving his semi-truck, until he lost his license later in life.
Mr. Thornton will be sorely missed by his family, friends and all who knew him.
Mr. Thornton is survived by: His son, Cody Thornton and his brothers, Gary (Kathy) Thornton, and Tony (Renee) Thornton.
Mr. Thornton is preceded in death by: His parents, Wesley and Velma Thornton, brother, Travis (Gladys) Thornton, and his sisters, Sheilia Hare and Priscilla Thornton.
There are no plans for a memorial service at this time.
