Neil Allen "Bubba" Hays, Sr., 49, passed away April 30, 2018. He was a native and resident of Washington County. Bubba graduated from McIntosh Academy where he enjoyed playing football. After graduating high school he went into trucking and made it his life long career. Bubba enjoyed fishing but he "loved" being on the river where the water was so peaceful and calm. He was devoted Alabama Football Fan. Bubba's two sons Bud and Dustin were his life he loved them dearly as they did him. He also loved and enjoyed his grandchildren. Bubba was a big family man he enjoyed having cookouts and get togethers with his family and friends. He was so kind hearted and the type of man to give you the shirt off of his back.
