Patricia (Koen) Sims

Patricia Sims, 70, was called home on Monday, September 30, 2024.

     Ms. Sims was a woman of great character. She loved people and never met a stranger. She was an electrician at B & G Electric in Tennessee until she retired. She loved watching football, whether it be college or pro, but her favorite team to watch was Alabama, Roll Tide! She enjoyed hunting in her younger years. Her grandfather bought her her first shotgun. But her favorite thing was collecting Indian memorabilia. She had dolls, dreams catchers, blankets, afghans, pictures, and some jewelry. She was an amazing woman who loved her family, especially her grandchildren. They fondly called her Grandma. 

     Ms. Patricia may have left this world, but her memory and love will carry on with her family and friends. She will be sorely missed by all who knew and loved her.

Ms. Sims is survived by: Sons, Nick (Gina) Sims, Kelley (Jennifer) Sims; Brothers, Harold Koen, James Koen; Sisters, Jean K. Sheffield, Linda Lucas, Cheryl (Chris) Evans; Grandchildren, Chase Sims, Kevin Sims, Addiley Davis, Cayden Sims, Dallas Sims and Blake Sims.

Ms. Sims is preceded in death by: Parents, Buck and Ruth Koen and Brother, Kenneth Earl Koen.

There will not be any services, the family will be having a Celebration of Life at a later date.
