Rhonda Ann (Hershberger) Carpenter

Rhonda Ann Carpenter, 64, passed away Friday, February 24, 2023. Born on May 3, 1958, she graduated high school in Ohio in 1976. Rhonda developed a bubbly, fun personality, one that enjoyed the simple things in life. As a homemaker, she loved her children, working in her flowerbeds, walking on the beach, and sunbathing. Rhonda loved animals and loved to fish but also loved to travel.

But her special love was for her family, her sons, their wives, and most especially the grandchildren. All of these, as well as all the others who knew her will dearly miss her.

Rhonda is survived by:

Husband: Steve Carpenter

Sons: Quinton (Dallas) Carpenter, Justin (Christin) Carpenter, Steven Carpenter

Father-in-law: Clarence Carpenter

Grandchildren: Maxwell Carpenter, Zackary Carpenter, Kian Carpenter, Kaiya Carpenter

She was preceded in death by:

Father: Robert Hershberger

Mother: Barbara Bailey

Brothers: Carl Hershberger, Glenn Hershberger

A graveside service will be held Monday, February 27, 2023, at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Millry, Alabama, at 10:00 A.M.

Pallbearers will be Justin Carpenter, Quinton Carpenter, Steven Carpenter, Heath McIlwain.   Officiating will be Bro Bo Currie with St. Stephens Funeral Home directing.
