Shirley Jean Alday

Mrs. Shirley Alday passed away peacefully October 1, 2025 at Jackson Health Care. Mrs. Shirley was a beautiful person with a smile that could light up a room. She enjoyed the simple pleasures of life such as fishing, crossword puzzles, gardening and reading. Watching golf on TV was something that she absolutely loved  but even before that her love for her family was unwavering. Being with the Girls and her Grandchildren was what kept her spirit up and the family gatherings were always her favorite. She also had a love and compassion for her pets as she enjoyed their company as well. Mrs. Shirley will be dearly missed by not only her family, but her friends as well. Rest in Peace. You will forever remain in the hearts of every life you touched.

A memorial service will be held at a later date and time.

She is survived by Daughters: Nancy (Lee) Kearley and Brenda (Danny) Seibert, Grandchildren: Justin (Brittany) Kearley, Emily (Coby) Powell and Dawson Seibert and five Great grandchildren.

Preceded in Death by Her Parents: Newburn and Francis Lacy, Husband: Marlin Alday.
