Wesley "Buddy" Noble Obituary

Wesley Munn "Buddy" Noble, 85, of Jackson, passed away at his home, with his family, on November 13, 2020. He was born February 18, 1935 to Coley and Gladys Noble.

He was a graduate of Jackson High School and a lifelong Aggie fan. After attending Mississippi Southern on a music scholarship, he joined the Navy in radar control and was stationed in Pensacola, Florida.

In 1961, Buddy married his sweetheart, Charlene Williams. He began his career with Clarke Washington Electric Membership Cooperative, working 38 years until his retirement. During this time, he was the Director of Music at Stave Creek Baptist Church and First Presbyterian Church. 

After his retirement, Buddy returned to his roots at First United Methodist Church as an active member of the Chancel Choir, Christian Fellowship Class and Hunting Men for God.

Buddy lived his life as a true example of putting God first. Loving his family and friends were his greatest joy in life.

He was preceded in death by his parents; siblings; Shirley (Jim) Lowder, Marilyn (Roy) Jensen, Chet Noble, Nancy (Bill) Chapman.

He is survived by his wife; Charlene Williams Noble, Children; Dianna (David) Brown, Kay (Scott) Warzecha, Wesley Earl (Helen) Noble, Grandchildren; Jacob (Elissa) Brown, Hannah Noble, Mac Warzecha, Wilson Warzecha, Will Noble, 4 Step Grandchildren, 3 Great Grandchildren, 2 Step Great Grandchildren. Siblings; Frank J. (Debby) Noble, Margie Reid and Rebekah Noble, sister-in law. He also left behind a host of nieces, nephews and special friends.

A Celebration of "Buddy's" Life will be held Saturday, November 21, 2020 at 11:00 in the Sanctuary of Jackson First United Methodist Church. Officiating: Reverend Ralph Wooten

Covid-19 restrictions will be followed and mask are required.
